Seattle Waterfront Project

The $1B+ capital project, completed in 2025, connects Seattle’s downtown to a new Seattle Waterfront with twenty acres of improved parks, public spaces, pedestrian promenades, bike lanes, and other public amenities. It also includes new gathering spaces along the water with renovated Piers 58 and 62 and the Seattle Aquarium's Ocean Pavilion expansion.
